I earned a Bachelor of Design with Honours from the York University and Sheridan College's design program where I took classes such as Packaging Design and Design Workshop. Below are two projects I completed as a student in the YSDN program.
Tahi (pronounced as ta-heh) means to stitch or sew in Tagalog, the main language spoken in the Philippines. The idea behind Tahi is to create an educational and compact embroidery kit that incorporates Filipinx culture. Tahi provides an opportunity to learn about the Philippines in a vibrant and fun way. This project made it as a Semifinalist in the Commercial Packaging Design category for the Adobe Achievement Awards 2018.
